This is bit of a Web services portal that caters to development tools, including XML, SOAP, UDDI, etc.
WebserviceX.NET::Free Web Services Provider

This is WebserviceX.NET, which is a company that is providing "programmable business logic components and standing data that service as "black boxes" to provide access to functionality and data via Web services". They also have a UDDI registry with a bunch of useful Web services ready to use (like stock quotes, etc).
Microsoft UDDI Business Registry (UBR) node

This is Microsoft's UDDI registry, which is an open directory that allows people to publish their Web services and how to interface with them.
UDDI.org

This is UDDI.org, which is the main OASIS Web site for the UDDI spec. It also has a list of public UDDI registries.

This is a great overview of what the UDDI spec is about, and why you should care.
